Algorithmic Trading Engineer - Executive Director

About the role

Lead and grow teams in North America and globally while building, enhancing, deploying, and supporting Java-based electronic trading strategies, engines, and infrastructure. Partner with trading, quantitative, and IT teams across the software development lifecycle to improve algorithm development, system performance, and trading signal analysis. Requires expert-level Java skills in a UNIX/Linux environment, front-office trading experience, and a track record with algorithmic trading or automated market-making systems in liquid markets. Candidates should have electronic trading knowledge, experience with low-latency messaging, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to translate business and technical requirements into well-designed solutions.
