About the role
Develop, optimize, and test low-latency C++ trading systems, and help migrate a legacy monolithic codebase to a distributed platform. Collaborate with a global team through sprint planning and daily stand-ups, while contributing to code reviews and safe refactoring. Candidates need strong C++ experience, at least through C++11, along with strong algorithmic and software engineering skills, unit testing ability, and Linux debugging experience. They should communicate well in English, refactor code safely, and participate constructively in code reviews; finance or trading experience is beneficial.
