About the role
Lead the development and integration of low-latency application frameworks and algorithmic trading utilities, primarily using Java or Rust, for event-sourced microservices operating at microsecond response times. Analyze complex systems and business processes, define technical solutions, and mentor developers while collaborating with users and senior stakeholders. Candidates should have deep expertise in Java application development, preferably for low-latency algorithmic trading, along with experience in market data technologies such as KDB. Required capabilities include modern Java and JVM knowledge, Linux and networking expertise, performance tuning, system design, project leadership, and strong communication; C++ is a plus.
