About the role
Build and scale low-latency trading infrastructure across order and execution management, exchange connectivity, market data, risk, and post-trade reporting. Develop simulation and backtesting frameworks and maintain AI-driven automation workflows across the trading lifecycle. Requires 7–10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, strong low-level programming skills—ideally in C++ or Rust—and experience building trading systems across multiple components. Candidates must have substantial traditional finance experience in institutional market-making or HFT, with exposure to equities, options, or futures; crypto-only experience is not sufficient.
