About the role
Develop and scale a global, low-latency trading platform, including real-time market data capture, exchange connectivity, order entry, networking, and monitoring. Optimize core infrastructure for performance and reliability while working closely with traders and senior technical leaders. Strong C++ skills, a deep understanding of data structures and performance optimization, and experience building client-server network applications are required. The role also calls for analytical problem-solving and curiosity about how C++ libraries and systems work; knowledge of networking, CPU architecture, memory models, assembly, or algorithmic trading is desirable.
