About the role
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance Java systems for real-time trading, focusing on low latency, throughput, concurrency, memory use, and reliability. Troubleshoot performance issues, write thoroughly tested code, collaborate on system architecture improvements, support production systems, and explore AI-enabled engineering automation. Requires strong professional experience with Core Java and knowledge of JVM internals, concurrency, multithreading, memory management, garbage collection, and performance optimization. Also requires experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems, strong engineering and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
