About the role
Design, develop, test, and optimize server-side Java applications for Rates and Credit electronic trading, including ECN connectivity, pricing, RFQ processing, and STP workflows. Improve latency, throughput, scalability, messaging, caching, and concurrency while delivering production-quality code and collaborating with technology and front-office stakeholders. Requires strong Core Java server-side development experience, expertise in concurrency and performance tuning, messaging technologies, SQL and relational databases, and CI/CD or DevOps tooling. Candidates should have direct front-office electronic trading experience and practical knowledge of market connectivity, ECNs, RFQs, pricing, or STP; AWS and proven low-latency optimization experience are desirable.
