About the role

Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of reliable trading software, including integrations with market data feeds and systems designed for real-time, high-volume, low-latency trading. Guide and mentor engineering teams, support live systems, and improve software quality, performance, documentation, and development practices in collaboration with business stakeholders. Requires at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in trading, finance, or a closely related field, and at least 1 year of hands-on generative AI tool use in day-to-day software development. Candidates should bring senior software engineering experience across system design, integration, testing, deployment, and production support, with the ability to mentor colleagues and use AI-assisted code responsibly.
