About the role
You will design and implement a unified trading engine for Perpetuals, Spot, and Prediction Markets while building core components for the ExchangeOS infrastructure. This role involves driving performance engineering across the stack and partnering with product teams to translate exchange requirements into technical designs. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in Rust and deep experience with high-performance, low-latency trading systems. You should have a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and experience with exchange matching engine mechanics.
