About the role
Develop and optimize robust, well-tested, low-latency C++ trading systems, and help port a legacy monolithic codebase to a distributed platform. Work within a global team using weekly sprints and daily stand-ups, while contributing to code reviews and safe, efficient refactoring. Requires strong C++ skills, at least C++98 through C++11, with modern C++ experience preferred, along with strong algorithms, software engineering, unit testing, Linux, and GDB skills. Candidates should communicate well in English, refactor code safely, and participate constructively in code reviews; finance or trading experience is beneficial.
