Senior Software Engineer - Trading Platform

About the role

Build and operate firm-wide real-time visibility, trade capture and ledger systems, and shared infrastructure spanning venues, internal systems, and regions. Profile and optimize existing systems while maintaining correctness, compatibility, and around-the-clock operational reliability. Candidates should have experience building and operating internal platforms, observability systems, or trade-capture systems in real-time production environments, along with strong Rust or modern C++ skills. They should be able to profile and improve brownfield systems, work with heterogeneous event sources and scalable data systems, and communicate fluently in English; no degree or certifications are required.
