About the role
Design, develop, and modernize global client connectivity trading systems, improving their performance, reliability, and maintainability while delivering functionality for client needs and regulatory changes. Contribute to architectural decisions, DevOps and CI/CD improvements, and collaborate with global technical and business teams on releases and post-implementation support. Requires 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development, including multithreading, STL, socket programming, algorithms, and strong Linux/Unix experience. Candidates should have financial trading experience with FIX and order-state handling, expertise in high-performance low-latency distributed systems and equity trading, and strong communication skills.
