About the role
Respond to production issues, identify and resolve root causes, and improve availability, stability, and performance using sustainable technical solutions. Coordinate and prioritize software changes, support exchange migrations and feature releases, and collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineering teams. Requires at least two years of experience as an SRE, systems engineer, DevOps engineer, or MLOps engineer, along with Python and Bash scripting, Kubernetes, Linux, database querying, and basic TCP/IP knowledge. Strong troubleshooting, communication, initiative, and willingness to learn are expected; experience building and maintaining machine learning pipelines is a plus.
