About the role
Troubleshoot and support complex routing and switching infrastructure, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, multicast, firewalls, and network security. Handle major incidents and production changes, support customer connectivity, and analyze network performance and packet-level issues across on-premises and cloud environments. Strong routing and switching experience, including BGP and multicast, and experience with next-generation firewalls are required. Experience in highly available or latency-sensitive environments is sought; Linux/Unix and Python, scripting, or network automation skills are desirable.
