About the role
Design and build a unified on-chain trading engine for perpetuals, spot, and prediction markets, including matching, cross-margin validation, settlement, and liquidation and risk systems. Develop ExchangeOS venue-creation infrastructure and improve execution performance, while collaborating with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs and provide support. Strong Rust skills and experience building high-performance, low-latency systems are required; experience with parallel or concurrent execution engines is a plus. Candidates should understand exchange mechanics and blockchain fundamentals, and be able to profile and tune systems for sub-millisecond latency, with strong communication, teamwork, and reasoning skills.
