C++ Developer (Delta One Trading Desk)

About the role

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C++ systems for low-latency trading, pricing, and execution, including performance tuning across CPU, memory, networking, and operating systems. Collaborate with traders and technical teams to refine production trading logic, profile latency-critical code, build monitoring and testing tools, and improve system reliability. Requires strong modern C++ skills, knowledge of low-latency systems, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, Linux systems programming, networking, and performance debugging and profiling. Preferred qualifications include electronic or high-frequency trading experience, knowledge of CPU architecture and memory behavior, lock-free and multithreaded programming, and familiarity with kernel bypass, RDMA, or hardware acceleration.
