Head of Engineering: Options Trading

About the role

Lead and grow a team of approximately seven engineers while owning and evolving Keyrock’s Rust-native systematic options trading platform. Set technical direction for trading infrastructure, pricing, quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability, while partnering with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure teams. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency trading systems, with hands-on experience in Rust, C++, or C and a strong understanding of algorithmic options trading. They should also bring experience with production trading systems, databases, distributed systems, testing, and reliability, along with the ability to lead engineers and collaborate effectively across teams.
