About the role
Design, build, and own low-latency trading and research systems, taking designated components from architecture and testing through production rollout, monitoring, and maintenance. Diagnose performance, stability, and correctness issues across networking, Linux, and application layers, and collaborate with researchers and traders to shape system architecture and engineering priorities. Requires at least three years of experience in low-latency, high-frequency, electronic-trading, or other performance-critical systems, along with strong C++ and practical Linux, networking, and concurrency knowledge. Experience at Citadel, Citadel Securities, Jump Trading, Hudson River Trading, XTX Markets, or IMC Trading is specified as a requirement; HRT or Jump Core Developer experience is especially relevant.
