About the role
Design, develop, and modernize global client connectivity trading systems, delivering new functionality and improving performance, reliability, and maintainability. Contribute to architecture and DevOps delivery improvements, collaborate with global technical and business teams, and support configuration, releases, and production implementations. Requires 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development, strong Linux/Unix experience, and financial trading domain knowledge including FIX, order management, and order-state handling. Candidates should have experience building high-performance, highly available, low-latency distributed systems and understand equity trading; Java and L3 production support are advantageous.
