About the role
Design, develop, and support high-performance, low-latency trading execution, exchange connectivity, and Direct Market Access platforms. Lead technical delivery and testing, improve performance and resiliency, and mentor engineers while collaborating with business stakeholders and global teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, substantial IT and financial services experience, and strong Core Java expertise. Candidates should have experience building low-latency trading or market connectivity systems, distributed architectures, automated testing, and Agile/CI/CD practices.
