Head of Engineering: Options Trading

About the role

Lead and grow the Options Engineering team while owning and evolving its Rust-native systematic options trading platform. Set technical direction for trading infrastructure, quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls, performance, and reliability, while partnering with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure teams. Requires at least 7 years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency trading systems, with hands-on expertise in options trading workflows and Rust, C++, or C. Candidates should also bring experience with production systems, databases, distributed systems, testing, and reliability, along with strong technical and people leadership skills.
