Senior Software Engineer - Trading Platform

About the role

Build and optimize firm-wide visibility, trade-ledger, and shared infrastructure systems that capture and serve real-time data across exchanges, blockchains, prediction markets, and internal services. Improve latency and reliability through profiling and targeted optimization, while maintaining compatibility with existing consumers and supporting around-the-clock operations. Candidates should have experience building and operating internal platforms, observability systems, or trade-capture systems in real-time production environments, along with strong Rust or modern C++ skills and brownfield performance-engineering ability. They should be comfortable with heterogeneous event sources, scalable data systems, front-end visibility, evidence-based optimization, and fluent English; no degree or certifications are required.
