Senior Software Engineer - Trading Platform

About the role

Build and operate firm-wide real-time visibility, a reliable trade ledger, and shared infrastructure spanning venues, internal systems, and regions. Profile and optimize existing systems for low latency and resilience while preserving compatibility, and help operate them around the clock. Candidates should have experience building and operating internal platforms, observability systems, or trade-capture systems in real-time production environments, along with strong Rust or modern C++ skills and brownfield performance-engineering ability. They should be comfortable reconciling exchange, on-chain, and prediction-market data, making data-systems decisions at scale, measuring optimization results, and communicating fluently in English; no degree or certifications are required.
