About the role
Develop and maintain low-latency, high-throughput C++ components and resilient backend services for core derivatives trading systems. Collaborate across business and technical teams on instrument implementations, security, performance, testing, releases, and scheduled production support. Requires practical experience building backend systems in C++ 11 or later on Linux, along with knowledge of derivatives products and trading workflows. Candidates should have experience with concurrency, multithreading, socket communications, low-latency design, production risk controls, and scheduled on-call support; English and Chinese communication skills are also required.
