Senior / Staff Software Engineer, Low Latency

About the role

Build and scale mission-critical order and execution management infrastructure, including order workflows, execution logic, and distributed trading services. Shape platform architecture while delivering low-latency, fault-tolerant, correct, audit-ready systems that address venue-specific needs and regulatory requirements. Candidates need expertise in event-driven architectures and distributed systems, along with expert-level domain-driven data modeling and design. Preferred qualifications include production Rust experience, capital-markets workflow knowledge, regulatory implementation experience, high-performance messaging and trading protocols, and familiarity with multiple asset classes and international markets.
