About the role
Design, build, and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure, including order routing, matching engines, execution workflows, messaging, and market connectivity. Own systems through the full development lifecycle while improving performance, scalability, risk controls, reliability, and production observability. Requires 8+ years of backend engineering experience in high-throughput, low-latency systems and hands-on experience with trading platforms, market connectivity, pricing, liquidity aggregation, and risk controls. Candidates should be expert in Java and/or C++, with strong knowledge of FIX, concurrency, low-latency I/O, memory management, TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, and Linux.
