About the role
Lead the design, development, and integration of low-latency application frameworks and algorithmic trading utilities, primarily using Java or Rust. Analyze complex systems and business processes, deliver performance improvements, and mentor developers while collaborating with users and senior stakeholders. Candidates should have subject matter expertise in application development and substantial experience building algorithmic trading systems, preferably in low-latency environments, with strong market data knowledge. They should be proficient in modern Java, the JVM, Linux, networking, and performance tuning, and demonstrate leadership, communication, architectural design, and mentoring skills.
