Application Trading Support Engineer-VP

About the role

Provide technical and operational support for mission-critical electronic trading applications, including incident leadership, recovery coordination, monitoring, and risk and control management. Improve service stability and efficiency through automation, capacity and performance management, infrastructure projects, and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Requires a degree in IT, engineering, or mathematics and at least eight years of related L1/L2 application trading support experience in an investment bank. Candidates should have strong Unix and command-line skills, experience investigating network and exchange connectivity, and familiarity with scripting or programming and Autosys; electronic trading, monitoring, and low-latency experience are advantageous.
