Low Latency Java Developer, Vice President

About the role

Lead the architecture, design, development, and performance optimization of distributed, low-latency risk and position management platforms, primarily using Java and also C++ or Rust where appropriate. Serve as a technical liaison to global trading, risk, product, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and guiding architecture and code reviews. The role calls for senior-level expertise in modern Java, JVM internals, concurrent programming, memory management, and low-latency system optimization; practical C++ or Rust knowledge is desirable. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent STEM discipline is specified, with a master's degree in a related field desirable.
