About the role
Design, build, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput trading systems, including exchange connectivity, trade execution, order management, and real-time market data components. Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to turn trading ideas into scalable production systems while maintaining reliability and operational stability. Requires at least five years of experience building and maintaining low-latency algorithmic trading systems, strong knowledge of traditional finance and trading-system architecture, and proficiency in Rust or C++. Candidates should have experience with exchange or broker APIs and trading-system components, along with strong performance-tuning, monitoring, debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
