About the role
Lead the design, development, modernization, testing, and support of high-performance trading software, including systems that process real-time market data and support low-latency trading. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guide quality and architecture practices, collaborate with business and engineering teams, and help ensure system reliability, security, and continuity. The role requires at least 6 years of relevant experience and typically reflects 10 or more years of software development experience, with a strong focus on C++. Preferred qualifications include deep expertise in the FIX protocol, low-latency trading systems, concurrency, Linux/Unix, electronic trading, and experience leading teams and modernizing systems.
