About the role
Design, develop, and optimize high-performance Java systems and components for pricing, risk, and trading, while owning scalable and resilient system design and performance diagnostics. Collaborate with quants and front-office teams to support live trading, resolve production issues, evolve trading infrastructure, and mentor junior engineers. Candidates should have strong Java development experience in low-latency financial systems, with deep knowledge of performance optimization, concurrency, and JVM internals. Experience with pricing, risk, or electronic trading platforms is expected; FIX, order routing, broker connectivity, asset-class experience, and mentoring are beneficial.
