About the role
Design and develop high-performance, low-latency applications for essential systems, optimizing throughput and reducing latency. Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have strong Core Java skills, electronic trading experience, and experience building low-latency systems. A deep understanding of latency-optimized libraries such as Disruptor, Aeron, or Chronicle is sought; foreign exchange or fixed-income experience is ideal.
