Senior Trading System Developer

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain front-office trading systems, including market data, order management, execution, and venue connectivity components, with a focus on performance, reliability, and stability. Collaborate with traders and quants, build analytics and monitoring tools, manage trading data, and support production systems through troubleshooting and root-cause fixes. Candidates need commercial software development experience in C++, Java, or Rust, proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience working in Linux environments with a sound understanding of concurrency and data structures. They should understand electronic trading lifecycles, have strong debugging and communication skills, and ideally bring experience with time-series databases, low-latency systems, exchange connectivity, or crypto markets.
