Senior C++ / Rust Engineer – Low-Latency eTrading

About the role

Design and build low-latency electronic trading systems in Rust, applying C++ performance engineering principles across pricing, RFQ, quoting, hedging, and algorithmic trading. Measure and optimize system performance, develop reusable platform components, and take technical work from design through production while collaborating with bank stakeholders. Candidates need strong commercial C++ experience, a proven record building and supporting production electronic trading systems, and deep knowledge of low-latency engineering and performance measurement. Commercial Rust experience or the ability and enthusiasm to learn Rust is expected, along with independent problem-solving, ownership, and strong collaboration skills.
