Senior Back-End Developer (Trading)

About the role

Build and operate low-latency trading services, APIs, market-data pipelines, and integrations for orders, RFQs, pricing, execution, and settlement across traditional and on-chain systems. Develop tokenized products and trading-desk tools, improve platform performance and reliability, and collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to deliver auditable software. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least five years of back-end development experience using a strongly typed language, with expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, databases, CI/CD, Git, and testing. They must use AI coding agents hands-on in production, review and take ownership of generated code, and be fluent in written and spoken English.
