About the role
Respond to production issues, identify and resolve root causes, reduce downtime, and develop sustainable reliability solutions. Coordinate and prioritize software changes for safe releases, exchange migrations, and timely delivery of features while collaborating with traders, researchers, and technical teams. Requires at least two years of experience in SRE, systems engineering, DevOps, or MLOps, along with Python and Bash scripting, Kubernetes, Linux, database querying, and basic TCP/IP knowledge. Strong troubleshooting, communication, initiative, and willingness to learn are expected; experience maintaining machine learning pipelines is a plus.
