About the role
Design, develop, and modernize global client connectivity trading systems, improving their performance, reliability, and maintainability while supporting client needs and regulatory changes. Contribute to architecture and DevOps delivery improvements, collaborate with global technical and business teams, and support configuration, releases, and production implementations. Requires 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development, strong Linux/Unix experience, and financial trading domain knowledge including FIX, order management, and order-state handling. Candidates should have experience building high-performance, highly available, low-latency distributed systems and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders; Java and production-critical L3 support are advantageous.
