About the role
Develop and troubleshoot production trading systems, taking on urgent faults, new feature proofs of concept, and performance testing tools across a live regulated market. Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, QA, Operations, and the low-latency team to improve system design, testing, and operational response. Requires 10+ years of production C++ experience (C++11 or later) building performant, scalable applications, along with Linux system-level debugging and strong knowledge of UDP, multicast, and TCP. Candidates should have diagnosed complex production issues, created reproducible tests to establish root causes, communicated findings clearly, and be comfortable using SQL and AI coding tools.
