Principal Software Engineer, Trading Services

About the role

Design, develop, and optimize Scala-based trading services and lead architectural work to improve the scalability, performance, and reliability of 24/7 trading infrastructure. Mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, strengthen monitoring and observability, and ensure services meet security, regulatory, and industry standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with extensive experience in high-performance distributed trading systems and JVM tuning. Candidates should have experience supporting 24/7 production systems, strong networking and troubleshooting skills, familiarity with CI/CD tools, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
