About the role
Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues for quantitative trading systems, coordinating with exchanges, brokers, vendors, and internal teams. Support trade execution and booking, communicate risk-control requirements across the trade lifecycle, and coordinate trading technology needs across departments. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, finance, statistics, or a related field is required, along with strong English communication skills and a detail-oriented, responsible, collaborative approach. Candidates should have 1–3 years of securities or futures trading experience, or relevant internship experience as a graduate; experience supporting or maintaining low-latency trading systems is a plus.
