Design, build, and maintain low-latency systems for market data processing and trade execution, optimizing performance across memory, networking, and CPU behavior. Resolve live production issues, collaborate with researchers and traders to implement strategies, and contribute to code reviews and scalable system architecture. Candidates must have a proven record of shipping production systems at a top-tier engineering organization and deep expertise in a systems-level language, preferably C++. They should understand distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization, and be able to balance correctness and performance in a small team under production pressure.
