About the role
Develop and optimize robust, well-tested, low-latency C++ trading systems, and help port a legacy monolithic codebase to a distributed platform. Collaborate with a global team through weekly sprints and daily stand-ups, while contributing to code reviews and safe refactoring. Requires C++ experience from C++98 through at least C++11, strong algorithm and software engineering skills, written and spoken English, unit testing, Linux, and GDB. Candidates should be able to refactor code safely, participate constructively in code reviews, and be willing to do what is needed to complete the work; finance experience is sought, while modern C++ and trading-system expertise are preferred.
