About the role
Respond to production issues, identify and resolve root causes, and improve availability, stability, and performance using sustainable technical solutions. Coordinate and prioritize software changes, exchange migrations, and new feature releases while collaborating with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineering teams. Requires at least two years of experience as an SRE, systems engineer, DevOps engineer, or MLOps engineer, along with Python and Bash scripting, Kubernetes, Linux, database querying, and basic TCP/IP knowledge. Machine learning pipeline experience is a plus; strong troubleshooting, communication, initiative, and willingness to learn are also expected.
