About the role
Design and build low-latency algorithmic execution systems, owning the technical direction of the execution stack and optimizing performance-critical C++ systems. Collaborate with researchers and traders to deliver production-grade execution logic, while leading engineers and contributing to roadmap, prioritization, and hiring. Requires significant software engineering experience, strong C++, and a track record of leading or mentoring engineers; low-latency experience is strongly preferred. Experience in financial markets is required, ideally in systematic trading, HFT, market making, or trading technology.
