About the role
Design, develop, and support high-performance, low-latency trading, exchange connectivity, and Direct Market Access platforms using modern Java and distributed-system technologies. Improve platform performance and resilience, establish testing and delivery practices, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. Requires 10+ years of technology experience, including at least 8 years in financial services, with strong hands-on Core Java experience and a record of building low-latency trading or market-connectivity platforms. Candidates should have deep expertise in concurrency, JVM performance, distributed architecture, automated testing, and Agile delivery; experience with FIX, DMA, cloud-native technologies, or AI-assisted engineering is desirable.
