Develop and maintain high-performance execution workflows, collaborating with quant developers, architects, and trading desks to improve order execution, pricing engines, and market data feeds. Requires strong core Java expertise focused on ultra-low latency, deep knowledge of JVM internals and low-allocation design, and hands-on experience with profiling tools. Candidates should have a proven record of production performance tuning, concurrency management, latency reduction, and Linux systems knowledge.
