About the role
Define and guide domain architecture in alignment with company strategy, including technology choices, system integrations, non-functional requirements, and architectural standards. Assess designs and implementations, address technical debt and risks, validate decisions through reviews and proofs of concept, and help engineering teams adopt sound design principles. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of commercial software development experience, and at least one year in a technical leadership or architecture role. Candidates should have experience designing high-throughput systems, knowledge of trading and customer-facing platforms, proficiency with relevant technologies, and the ability to assess security, performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
