Senior Low Latency Java Engineer

About the role

Lead Java low-latency application and framework engineering, including event-sourced microservices, market-data replay, and back-testing or simulation utilities. Integrate and deploy technology solutions, analyze complex systems and business processes, advise stakeholders, manage risk and compliance, and mentor developers. Requires senior-level expertise in application development and algorithmic trading, with strong experience in Java, market-data technologies such as KDB, the JVM, Linux, networking, and performance tuning. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; leadership, communication, architectural design, and mentoring skills are also expected, while C++ is a plus.
