About the role
Manage the full lifecycle of physical and virtual servers while maintaining secure, stable, and high-performing Windows infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, develop automation and monitoring solutions, support virtual application delivery and deployments, and contribute to scalability and resilience improvements. Requires strong enterprise Windows Server administration experience, advanced PowerShell skills, and knowledge of Active Directory, networking, virtualization, Citrix or comparable platforms, access controls, and server hardware. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required; experience in low-latency or highly available environments and familiarity with monitoring, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code are advantageous.
